If your computer issue might be covered under a manufacturer's warranty, we will help you claim that warranty and get the repair covered. This may be more likely than you would think.

We like to be treated fairly and we're pretty sure our customers do too. There are rare occasions when we cannot resolve an issue for our customer. In this case we will waive the diagnostic fee and the consultation costs nothing. While these situations are seldom, we just think that's the fair thing to do.
